48 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to give us 48 hours notice will mean your appointment will still need to be paid for in full.
Any changes to your appointment (for example if you no longer require a soak off) must be done so 48 hours before your appointment or full payment will be required.
During the Christmas period a non refundable booking deposit will be taken.
Rescheduling the appointment can only be done so once.
If you are running more than 5 minutes late please let us know, unfortunately we may not be able to carry out your treatment but payment will still be required.
Please attend your appointment alone as the salon is small and not an ideal environment for children.
If your require a patch test for your treatment it is your responsibility to book this. We can not carry out any tint treatments on new clients or clients that have not been to the salon within the last 3 months. Please don't book your appointment untill your patch test has been completed.
